Cabbage And Ground Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped (spoon size)
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    5 cubes chicken bouillon
    5 c. water
    dash of basil
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    You will need a 4-quart stockpot to start.
    Chop garlic and saute in oil.
    Add turkey and brown with Worcestershire.
    When meat is done, add cabbage and onion and saute for 5 minutes.
    Add bouillon and dissolve.
    Add tomatoes.
    Add pepper and basil.
    Add water and simmer 20 minutes.
    Makes good soup for a cool day!
