Salmon Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 t. garlic powder
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 t. vegetable oil
    1-2 t. dried basil
    1 T. butter, softened
    2 c. mozzarella cheese
    4 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Lightly butter one side of each tortilla.
    Place tortilla, butter side down, in skillet over medium heat.
    Drop 1/4
    salmon mixture onto one half of tortilla. Cover with mozzarella cheese.
    Fold tortilla in two and brown each side.
    Repeat for remaining 3 tortillas.
    Makes 4 servings.
