Afton'S Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    8 tsp. salt
    14 to 16 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, sugar and yeast lightly.
    Let set 10 minutes.
    Beat eggs and oil together.
    Add to yeast mixture along with salt. Then add 6 cups flour and stir with wooden spoon.
    Add 6 more cups of flour and stir well.
    Add more flour to make a workable dough (2 to 4 cups).
    Knead dough.
    Let it raise until double in size; punch down.
    Let it raise again.
    Dump out and cut with sharp knife into 5 loaves.
    Work the air out of each and put in greased loaf pans.
    Cover with a towel.
    Let them rise.
    Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Brush hot tops with butter for soft crust.
