Texas Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 finely minced garlic clove
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped ripe olives and liquid
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies and liquid
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
    5 green onions, finely chopped
    2 to 3 avocados, diced
Preparation
    Blend oil and spices.
    Add rest of ingredients and blend. Chill several hours before serving.
    Great with tortilla chips.
