Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
    1/2 c. raisins or dates
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and beat into eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add cooking oil and vanilla.
    Stir flour, salt, soda and cinnamon together; add to first mixture.
    Add grated zucchini, nutmeats and raisins or dates.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Bake in greased Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
