Ingredients

3 Tbsp. lard
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
cinnamon, as much as you like
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; roll out and cut with a round cookie cutter.
Use thimble to cut hole in center.
Melt some lard in a pan, add doughnuts.
Cook on one side, then turn and cook on other side.
Roll in sugar or powdered sugar.
