Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (2 c. self-rising and 1 c. plain)
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla and beat.
    Add dry ingredients, zucchini and nuts.
    Add pineapple or applesauce, if desired.
    Grease and flour loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaf pans or 1 Bundt pan.
