Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooked, drained couscous (semolina-like pasta)
    1 (8 oz.) block mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (8 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Prepare 13-inch baking dish by spraying with vegetable spray.
