Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. rhubarb or apples
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    Mix yellow cake mix according to package directions.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Chop rhubarb (or apples) and place on top of cake mix.
    Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb.
    Pour 2 cups half and half on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
