Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini squash
    4 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except squash, in large mixing bowl.
    Add squash, 1 cup at a time.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in tube pan or two loaf pans for about an hour.
    Can test for doneness with toothpick.
