Molasses Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. shortening
    3 eggs or egg substitute
    1 c. dark molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. sour milk
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs.
    Blend well.
    Add molasses.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Mix together alternately with sour milk to mixture.
    Refrigerate and bake later.
    Either roll or drop by spoon.
    Very good.
    Freezes well. Different.
