Dilled Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/4-inch slices (thick julienne strips)
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. dried dill to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 to 2 Tbsp. freshly snipped dill
    1/4 ts. freshly ground pepper or to taste
Preparation
    In large saucepan, melt butter and oil together.
    Add zucchini and saute for 1 minute over medium heat.
    Add broth and dill; stir to combine.
    Cover pot and cook over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until zucchini is cooked, but still crunchy.
