Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated peeled zucchini
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, lightly drained
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini.
    Add dry ingredients, nuts and pineapple.
    Put in 2 large lightly greased pans.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Cool before removing from pans.
