U.S. 31 Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 c. mustard
1 c. ketchup
1 c. sweet pickle relish
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except cabbage.
Bring to boil over low heat.
Add cabbage; simmer for about 20 minutes.
Stir often. Seal in canning jar, or keeps well in covered jar in fridge for 3 to 4 weeks.
