Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. plus chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, sugar and oil.
    Sift flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Stir in zucchini, vanilla and nuts.
    Fills 2 large loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
