Monkey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation

Melt 1/2 cup butter and add milk.
Warm to 105\u00b0 to 115\u00b0.
Stir in sugar, salt and yeast until dissolved.
Place flour in large bowl.
Make well in flour and pour in liquid.
Stir until blended. Cover.
Let rise until doubled, 1 hour or longer.
