Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large can pumpkin
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs together; add pumpkin.
    Stir well.
    Add dry ingredients in this order and stir after adding each one: soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and flour.
    After stirring well, add water and stir just until mixed.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle.
