Maraschino Cherry-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten (or 1/2 cup eggbeaters)
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 10 oz. jar maraschino cherries (including liquid)
    1 cup nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and salt.
    Then add flour, baking powder, cherries, liquid and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
    NOTE:
    Cherries can be left whole, cut in half, chopped into smaller pieces, or to your preference.
