Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, formed in balls
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    potatoes (whole or halves)
    carrots (whole or halves)
    whole onions
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    3 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Roll balls in flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Brown in shortening.
    Add potatoes, carrots and peas.
    Place all vegetables in skillet with meatballs.
    Add 3 cups water.
    Simmer for about 1 hour or until vegetables and meat are done.
