Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water (115~)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 to 8 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Heat water to 115\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Pour in bowl and add oil, sugar and salt.
    Beat with dough hooks until mixed well.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat until well mixed.
    Then add additional flour until a soft ball is formed.
    Beat about 8 minutes.
    Dough can be mixed in food processor or by hand.
    Put 1/4 teaspoon oil in bowls and divide dough and roll in oil and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and let rise 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Bake in round pan or loaf pans.
