Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation

Cream butter.
Gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating well at medium speed.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder and soda; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until blended.
Stir in sour cream and vanilla.
Spoon half of batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Sprinkle with blueberries, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan.
Let cool completely on a wire rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
