Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced or chopped unpared zucchini (about 4 small)
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano or marjoram
    dash of pepper
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten (can use Egg Beaters)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Cut into small squares.
    Serve warm.
