Sesame Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves chopped fine garlic
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
    6 scallions, chopped
    1 large bag washed spinach
Preparation
    Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar.
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Quickly stir-fry the garlic, ginger and scallions.
    Add the spinach and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the soy sauce mix and heat through. Serve immediately.
