Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    2 c. sliced onions
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    3/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Let stand overnight.
    Rinse with cold water to drain well in the morning.
    Add rest of ingredients to vegetables.
    Mix well and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 pints.
