Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken, cooked
    1 c. rice
    chicken broth (enough to cook rice)
    2/3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. soup, cream of chicken
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dice chicken and set aside.
    Cook rice in chicken broth.
    Mix all ingredients together and place in a buttered 8x8-inch casserole dish.
