Banana Breakfast Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. skim milk
    1 ripe banana, peeled and cut in half
    1/3 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 ice cubes
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into blender.
    Blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until creamy and smooth.
    Serve in a tall glass.
