Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Stir boiling water into cornmeal.
    Stir in rest of ingredients except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites to soft peak.
    Then fold into mixture.
    Pour in greased 2-quart casserole. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings, 155 calories.
