Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Roll into small balls and roll in a mixture of two teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
