Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. diced pepperoni
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Mix in a large bowl.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan or casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
