Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    2 c. very ripe bananas, peeled and mashed (about 3 bananas)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon; set aside.
    In separate larger bowl, whisk together applesauce, sugar, egg whites, bananas and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture all at once.
    Stir gently to blend.
    Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
