Mayonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cashews
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Blend cashews and water in blender.
Cook until thick.
Add lemon juice, garlic powder, onion and salt.
Mix well.
Cool and store.
