Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
4 (10 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
2 oz. white chocolate, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until smooth.
Add vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour and cocoa until well combined.
Form into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 20 minutes.
On lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut out any shape cookie and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes and remove. Cool completely on wire rack (approximately 15 minutes).
Use pastry brush and coat each cookie with melted chocolate, then drizzle white chocolate.
Must stand 15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
