Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    5 small baking potatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix Parmesan cheese with flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cut baking potatoes into long quartered wedges.
    Toss with cheese mixture and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Drizzle with melted margarine.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, until crispy on outside but tender on inside.
