Soft And Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
3 large eggs
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
In medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt.
In large bowl, blend sugars using an electric mixer set at medium speed.
Add butter and mix to a firm, grainy paste, scraping the sides of the bowl.
Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add flour and mix at low speed until just mixed.
Do not overmix.
