Mary'S Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil or Crisco
    1 1/2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix all ingredients with mixer. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
    Let cool 10 minutes.
    Pour glaze over bread while still in pan. Leave in pan 1 hour.
