Chip Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef, sliced thin
Preparation
    Microwave on Medium (50%) 7 to 8 minutes.
    Serve warm with chips or crackers.
