Butter Melts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter (oleo; room temperature)
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
Divide dough into 4 parts and roll each separately in waxed paper.
Refrigerate or freeze and bake as needed on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0, until edges are brown (or to bake immediately, drop on cookie sheet in balls and flatten with fork).
