Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely ground nuts
Preparation

Cream sugars and butter; blend in egg and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda and salt; add nuts.
Add to sugar mixture.
Chill 20 minutes.
Form balls size of quarters, roll in sugar and press flat on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool.
Ice with chocolate dribblings.
