Tomato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. chopped pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
Preparation

Layer sliced tomatoes, green pepper, chopped onion and chopped celery in serving dish.
Sprinkle each layer with confectioners sugar.
Mix vinegar and salad oil and pour over tomatoes. Marinate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
