Spicy Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. unpeeled shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Make a well in the center. Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Add mixture to dry ingredients.
    Stir until moist. Spoon into 2 greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes in pan.
    Remove to wire rack.
