Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C all-purpose flour
    1 C chopped pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 C vegetable oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 C sugar
    2 C peeled & grated pears
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of mixture.
    Combine oil, egg, sugar, pears, and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
    Spoon mixture into 2 greased 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 X 3-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bread test done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
