Poulet De Normandic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 c. diced chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix together stuffing mix, margarine and water.
    Place one-half of mixture in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix together chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise and salt.
    Pour over bread mixture in baking dish and top with remaining half of bread mixture.
    Blend eggs and 1/2 cup milk and pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove 1 hour before baking.
