Reduced Fat Chili Verdi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, diced
    3 to 4 cans green chili peppers, diced
    salt to taste
    cornstarch
    flour tortillas
    grated Colby Jack cheese
    water
Preparation
    To Cook Roast:
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, with 2 cups of water for 4 hours. Add more water if it gets too dry.
