Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
2 2/3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation

At medium speed on mixer, beat shortening until creamy; add sugar.
Beat until light; add eggs.
Add dry ingredients, mixing after each addition.
Stir in bananas.
Bake in loaf pan, well greased and floured, in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Let cool 20 minutes.
