Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dough
    1 lb. Italian hot sausage
    1/4 lb. pepperoni, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Let dough rise.
    Squeeze sausage out of casing and lightly brown in skillet.
    Drain off grease.
    Mix in other ingredients and cool.
    Roll out dough into approximately 9 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread sausage mix over dough.
    Roll up like jelly roll and cut roll in half.
    Lightly brush top of rolls with oil.
    Sprinkle garlic salt on top (optional).
    Let rise 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until golden.
    Cool before serving.
