Banana Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 banana
1 marshmallow
1 small piece chocolate
raisins (optional)

Preparation

Peel back a long strip of banana peel on the inside curve, leaving end attached to banana.
Scoop out some banana; fill with marshmallow, chocolate and raisins (if desired).
Replace strip of peeling.
Wrap in foil.
Bake in embers 15 to 20 minutes, until banana and toppings are melted and blended.
Turn during baking.
