Honey Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 c. Post Natural bran flakes
    1 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
    Beat egg in a small bowl; stir in milk, honey and
    margarine.
    Add
    to
    flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
    Batter
    will
    be
    lumpy.
    Stir in cereal and apricots. Pour into
    a 8 x 4-inch loaf pan which has been sprayed with no stick
    cooking
    spray.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted
    in
    center
    comes out clean.
    Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool
    completely
    on a wire rack.
    For easier slicing, wrap bread and store overnight.
