Fat-Free Pineapple Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, packed in juice and drained
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. skim milk or pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    In another bowl, combine egg whites, banana, pineapple, sugar and milk.
    Beat well.
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Pour into medium loaf pan (8 1/2 x 5-inch) sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Cool for slicing.
