Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    chicken broth
    3 c. dried bread cubes
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine butter, onion and celery in a bowl.
    Microwave for 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Makes enough for stuffing 5 to 6 pound roasting chicken.
