Lighthouse Egg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 slice bread
butter
Preparation

Butter both sides of bread.
Cut out center of bread in the shape of a circle, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter (one way is to use the cover of a pill bottle).
Put bread in frying pan.
Break egg and place in hole in center of bread.
Fry bread on both sides until egg is thoroughly cooked (yolk no longer runs).
Use low flame.
Remove from pan and eat.
Enjoy!
